This Cookie Policy explains how Atorian Ltd. (“Atorian”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the atorian.ai website (the “Website”), and how you can control them.
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally, and our Terms of Use.

2. What These Technologies Are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies allow a site to recognize your device, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used.
We also use technologies that work similarly without being cookies, including browser storage (such as local storage and session storage), pixels, and scripts. In this Policy, references to “cookies” include these similar technologies.
First-party cookies are set by Atorian. Third-party cookies are set by a service provider whose technology we use on the Website.
3. Categories We Use
Strictly necessary
Required for the Website to function and to remain secure. These include technologies that deliver content, protect against malicious traffic, and preserve basic navigation behaviour. They cannot be disabled through our cookie settings, because the Website cannot operate without them.

Help us understand how the Website is used, which pages are viewed, and where performance can be improved. This information is used in aggregate.
Functional
Support specific features you choose to use, such as scheduling a meeting with us.
We do not use advertising or cross-context behavioural advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to sell or share personal information.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies in Use
The following table lists the technologies currently in use on the Website.
| Name / Technology | Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| tsr-scroll-restoration | Atorian (first-party) | Restores your scroll position when moving between pages | Strictly necessary | Session |

Web fonts. The Website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. This does not place a cookie on your device, but your IP address and browser details are transmitted to Google in order to deliver the font files.
We review this table when we change the Website or our providers. If you believe it is incomplete or out of date, please contact privacy@atorian.ai.
5. Consent
Strictly necessary technologies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Website. They do not require your consent.
Analytics and functional technologies are placed only after you consent to them, where consent is required by applicable law. Until you make a choice, non-essential technologies are not activated.
You can give, refuse, or change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the Website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
Independently of our cookie settings, most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies. These controls are usually found under Settings, Privacy, or Security. You can also normally set your browser to notify you before a cookie is placed.
Blocking all cookies, including strictly necessary ones, may cause parts of the Website to stop working correctly.
Clearing cookies in your browser also clears your recorded cookie preference, so you will be asked again on your next visit.
7. Third-Party Providers and International Transfers
Some of the providers listed above operate outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union. Where personal information is transferred to a country that does not benefit from an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
Each third-party provider processes information in accordance with its own privacy policy in addition to our contractual arrangements with it. Further detail on our sub-processors is available on request from privacy@atorian.ai.
8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Browsers may send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for how such signals should be interpreted, and the Website does not currently respond to them.
Because we do not sell or share personal information and do not use cookies for targeted advertising, an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control has no additional effect on our processing. You can control all non-essential technologies through our cookie settings.
9. Your Rights
Where cookies collect personal information, the rights described in our Privacy Policy apply, including the right of access, correction, deletion, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority or with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the technologies we use, our providers, or applicable law.
The updated version takes effect upon publication on this page with a revised Effective Date. Where a change requires your consent, we will obtain it before the change applies to you.
